Where can I find the receipts in QuickBooks or Xero?

In QuickBooks

Search for 'Attachments' using the magnifier icon . All your uploaded receipts will be there. More details: Where are the receipts in QuickBooks?

View an Individual Receipt in QuickBooks

  1. Sign in to Receipt AI.
  2. Click the QuickBooks logo under any individual receipt in Receipt AI to view the purchase in QuickBooks.
  3. Sometimes it may take two clicks - QuickBooks may ask you to sign in before the receipt opens.

In Xero

Receipt as a file only:

Click on your company name, then select 'Files' . All your uploaded receipts will be there.

Receipt as a Spend Money/Receive Money transaction:

Click Reconcile [xx] items, then Account transactions.
